OUR MISSION
We are Plymouth people who have come together in response to what we believe is God’s call to understand, address, and dismantle social, environmental, and racial injustice of all forms. We seek to:
Provide opportunities and a safe environment at Plymouth where we can openly share and discuss topics related to social, environmental, and racial justice
Educate ourselves about the history and continuing presence of injustice in our local and broader communities
Publicly advocate for and find opportunities to serve social, environmental, and racial justice causes in our community
This kind of learning and action comes in many forms, including book discussions, films, speaker panels, museum visits, partnerships with community organizations, volunteer service and activism. We seek to be a platform where Plymouth members who care about social and racial justice are empowered to pursue their work. Anyone is welcome to join us in this work.
